With Rolex Guarantee dated 22 September 1999 and stamped by the retailer Dobner, Trieste, seal, original fitted green presentation box with outer packaging.
Introduced into the market at the Basel Fair in 1956, the Day-Date has ever since been the Rolex flagship model and enjoys continuous popularity. Since its launch it has become the symbol of luxury and prestige and thanks to the countless case and dial version available, there is virtually no continent where it doesn't enjoy strong demand.
The present Day-Date reference 18206 is distinguished by a combination of several elements which render it one of the most exclusive and striking Rolex Day-Dates of recent production: the platinum Oyster case with the rare, smooth bezel, the turquoise "Stella"-dial with diamond indexes and the solid platinum President bracelet. The color contrast between the vivid electric blue lacquer dial and the platinum case, with a shine that the other white metals simply do not have, can only be described as perfect.
The present watch is furthermore preserved in virtually unused condition, still retaining the protective green sticker on the back and the original certificate.
