With fluted oval padded back, arm-rest and seat covered in green and white printed cotton, above a fluted serpentine rail on cabriole legs headed by husk swags, with batten carrying holes, labelled 'ANTIQUE FURNITURE FROM NORMAN ADAMS LTD. 8-10, HANS ROAD, LONDON, S.W.3', one leg repaired
37 in. (94 cm.) high; 24½ in. (62 cm.) wide; 25 in. (64 cm.) deep
