Latterly, a perfect bottle in 2003: superb bouquet that held for 5 hours; still sweet, spicy, gorgeous sustained flavour. Most recently: another faultless bottle: lovely soft colour; classic bouquet, sweet, touch of iron, fragrant, developed richly; also sweet on the palate, mouthfilling flavour, life-preserving tannin still evident.
