Tasting Note: Tasted over 50 times! Never less than lovely. However, many variations of colour and taste, the former from mid-gold to deeper'burnished gold', partly due to the ageing progress. Its bouquet I have described as 'ambrosial, 'mint and muscat, 'orange blossom, lime blossom and ripe peaches', and, like all great wines, it unravels and displays extra dimensions. Though rich and ripe, with a welcome element of finesse. Most recently: medium-gold; lovely, classic, crème brûlée bouquet; sweet, glorious flavour.June 2005 At best ***** Michael Broadbent M.W.
