2° (550 x 445mm), 14 mounted albumen prints of sculptures by the artist, signed 'M. Antokol'skii' in Cyrillic and Latin. Loose as issued in original maroon cloth portfolio, upper cover lettered with title (slightly rubbed), interior lined with oyster silk, ties. Provenance: Mark Antokol'skii (printed presentation on the binding to:) -- Grand Duke Vladimir Aleksandrovich (1847-1909) -- Swann New York (sold, 16 March 2000, lot 310).

GRAND DUKE VLADIMIR ALEKSANDROVICH'S COPY, PRESENTED TO HIM BY THE ARTIST, each photograph signed by Antokol'skii. Illustrations of works by the famous sculptor, including the head of Christ, the head of Mephistopheles, Spinoza, the head of Christ Crucified, the head of St. John the Baptist, Christ bound, Peter the Great and Ivan the Terrible.
