The four celadon jade sword slides of differing sizes are variously carved with archaic C-scrolls and archaistic style decoration, the celadon stone with russet inclusions; the dark brown sword slide is also carved with an archaistic style design.

From a Private East Asian Collection predominantly formed in the 1980s and 1990s in Hong Kong.
The first, second and third carving: purchased in in 1973 and 1974 from Hong Kong private collectors.
The fourth carving: purchased in 1993 from Tian Bao Zhai shop, Hong Kong.
The fifth: purchased in Hong Kong prior to 1990.
