A SHALLOW COPPER-RED AND BLUE-GLAZED 'DRAGON' BOWL
18TH CENTURY
The bowl is decorated to the cavetto with two copper-red five-clawed dragons, the exterior covered with a deep blue glaze, the base is incised beneath its white glaze with an apocryphal six-character mark Da Ming Xuande nian zhi within a double circle.
8 in. (20.4 cm.) diam.
