TWO SHADOW AGATE SNUFF BOTTLES
18TH/19TH CENTURY
One bottle is of flattened form and is carved in low relief cleverly using dark inclusions to one side with a crow perched on a tree branch. The other bottle is of rounded rectangular form which is cleverly carved utilizing the spotty brown inclusions to depict two figures by a river.
The larger 2¾ in. (6.7 cm.) high, stoppers (2)
