A PALE CELADON JADE CARVING OF A QILIN
17TH/18TH CENTURY
The recumbent mythical beast is carved and pierced with legs tucked under its body and bushy tail flicked over its scaly haunches, its horns are tied together with a ribbon and in its mouth it holds a lingzhi fungus, the stone has cloudy white and russet inclusions.
