A YELLOW-GLAZED INCISED 'DRAGON' BOTTLE VASE
DAOGUANG UNDERGLAZE BLUE SIX-CHARACTER SEAL MARK AND OF THE PERIOD (1821-50)
The vase is incised with two confronting five-clawed dragons contesting a flaming pearl amongst clusters of ruyi clouds and scattered flames, a band of ruyi-heads encircles the rim, and a foaming wave band encircles the foot rim, the vase is covered in a vibrant yellow glaze.

From a private Swedish collector acquired in the 1980s in Stockholm.
