ATTRIBUTED TO MAYHEW AND INCE, THIRD QUARTER 18TH CENTURY
The undulating back and serpentine seat covered in green watered silk, the top rail carved with ribbon-tied trailing husks, the arms with acanthus scroll and roundel terminals above the fluted seat rail with roundel corner blocks above tapering fluted legs, re-upholstered, reduced feet, replaced front rail and re-gilt
