In original wooden case
Several recent bottles were all similar: initially pretty closed on the nose, with time in the decanter they opened to reveal a ripe, plummy fruit character with a savory, exotic edge on the nose. On the palate the wine was reasonably dense and structured yet soft-edged and drinkable. A bit more time in bottle and this will be fantastic. The wine should age well for decades to come.
