Turquoise blue in color, standing on an integral rectangular plinth against a back pillar, depicted mummiform with his arms crossing his chest, his fisted hands emerging from within his vestment, holding a crook and a flail, a seed sack over his left shoulder, wearing a tripartite wig and a braided chin-beard curved out at its tip, inscribed with a row of hieroglyphs below the hands, reading: "Instructions of the Osiris, the Hour-Watcher (?), the One Who Separates the Two Gods (i.e. Horus and Set), God's Servant (Prophet) of Osiris and Thoth in Anpet (Mendes)," and a central column down the front of the legs, reading: "One Who Is In the Shrine of the Adze (?), Priest of Sekhmet of the Fish-Nome (i.e. 16th Lower Egyptian Nome), God's Servant (Prophet) of Khnum, Djehuty-mose-imy-shenyt-Khnum, Justified"
