A boy, in black coat, waistcoat and stock, white shirt
signed with initials and dated 'J S. J 1806' (lower left) and on the reverse 'J. Smart Junior 1806 Londini'
on ivory
oval, 2 11/16 in. (68 mm.) high, silver-gilt frame, the reverse with initials WB in seed-pearls on blue glass, locks of hair and gold wire on opalescent glass
