On spreading circular foot, the bell-shaped body with two scroll handles, later engraved with a coat-of-arms, marked beneath rim, the base with scratchweight '28=0'

The arms are those of Throckmorton quartering Yate, almost certainly for Sir Nicholas Throckmorton 9th Bt. (1838-1919) of Coughton Court, Warwickshire.
