Rectangular with rounded corners, reeded overall with alternating diagonal gold stripes, the hinged cover applied with a diamond-set Imperial double-headed eagle, with sapphire cabochon thumb-piece, the interior with inscription in Russian '25 December 1912', marked inside cover and base
