Cover depicting a troika and driver carrying a peasant couple, reverse with floral decoration around a vacant disc reserve; also a silver cigarette case, 1896/1908 and later Soviet marks, chased with bogatyr scanning the horizon in front of a fort; and a third cigarette case chased in relief with an angry peasant woman with a stick behind her back, ready to beat her drunken husband as he staggers towards her through the village
