QING DYNASTY (1644-1911)
The large aromatic aloeswood boulder is delicately carved to depict a mountainous landscape intricately detailed with huts, bridges, and human figures engaging in various daily activities, all underneath rocky overhanging cliffs issuing trees, as well as fishermen and fishing boats on the river.
11½ in. (29.2 cm.) long, zitan stand
