A JADEITE FIGURE OF GUANYIN
The tall slender figure is shown standing barefoot holding a ruyi scepter, and wearing long layered robes falling in graceful folds. Her face is carved with a benevolent expression framed by her upswept hair drawn into a topknot secured by a pin. The mottled green stone has splashed areas of apple-green and some russet veining.
