An oiled teak lounge suite
designed by Peter Hvidt and O. Molgaard Neilsen, c.1955, for France and Daverkosen, comprising: a three-seater settee, with a rectangular back and seat and interchangeable arm rest each with two- tone green fabric cushions and modern cream wool slip-covers -- 74in. (188cm.) wide; a matching two-seater settee -- 46in. (117cm.) wide; an oiled teak corner table, with shaped top over cane undershelf, on turned tapering legs -- 30½in. (77.5cm.) wide; and an oiled teak coffee table, with rectangular top over cane undershelf, on square tapering legs -- 60in. (152cm.) wide. All pieces marked with enamelled maker's label
