A green-glass onion-shaped bottle
probably Alloa, with a globular body and short neck with string rim, named in diamond-point for MRS. G. ORMISTON and to the reverse with a sailing ship in full sail flanked by panels of peacocks perching in the branches of trees within leafy borders and between arcaded decoration, etched with the name W KERR to the rim -- 7½in. (19cm.) high, circa 1820
