A Meissen Gotzkowsky-moulded part dinner service
Circa 1750, most with blue crossed-swords marks and various numerals
Each moulded to the border with the Gotzkowsky pattern, variously painted with flowers, autumnal fruit, insects, birds and animals, comprising a large two-handled tureen and cover with lemon finial, 37 cm. wide; a pair of two-handled tureens and covers with flower-bud finials, 32 cm. wide; a pair of two-handled ecuelles and covers with flower-bud finials, 28 cm. wide; a pair of sauce-boats, 23 cm. wide; a pair of salts, 11 cm. wide; eleven circular serving dishes in various sizes, 22-37 cm. diam.; six rectangular serving dishes in various sizes, 30-42 cm. wide; and thirty-five dinner plates, 24.5 cm. diam.
