The waisted case with glazed side panels surmounted by a figure emblematic for Music, inlaid in contre-partie overall and decorated with ormolu foliate C-scrolls, masks and dragons, the cast dial inset with enamel cartouches, signed Fieffé De Lobseruatoire, the eight-day twin-barrel movement, signed on the backplate, with five pillars, verge escapement with silk suspension, countwheel strike on one bell above, the wall bracket with conforming mounts and marquetry; pendulum, winding key, door key
