Second half 18th Century, with blue sceptre mark and impressed numerals
Oval, the centre painted with birds perched on a branch of oak, insects hovering above, the moulded rim with further birds alternated with gilt leaves, within a gilt band at the rim
42.5 cm. wide
Together with a Meissen figure of a gentleman playing the flute, a dog at his feet, 19th century, with blue crossed-swords mark, 15.5 cm. high (2)
