A Dutch silver teapot and cover and pattipan
Mark of Willem Boekelman, Wageningen, circa 1736-1783, also struck with later Dutch duty marks
The pear-shaped teapot with fluted corners and supported on four scroll feet, the domed cover with similar flutes, the shaped spout with rococo ornament, with wood finial and handle, on a lobed pattipan modelled with a scroll and leaf border, on four scroll feet, each marked on base
The teapot and cover 14.5 cm. high; the pattipan 13 cm. wide
