AN AUSTRIAN WALNUT AND ENGRAVED BONE CABINET-ON-STAND
The superstructure dated 1791, the stand LATE 19TH CENTURY
Banded overall and inlaid with landscapes, putti and rockwork, the rectangular moulded and incurved cornice with domed superstructure with three drawers, depicting a coat of arms, above a central door, enclosing two further drawers and a central locking mechanism, flanked by four drawers to each side, one with initials CO, one dated 1791, above a central slide, surrounded by seven variously sized drawers and a knee hole, on square tapering legs, joined by a X-shaped stretcher, on bun feet, the legs each inlaid with an oval roundel with initials AR
