of tulip shape, with crenelated rims, overlaid in white and cut with leaf-shaped panels alternatively painted with garlands of flowers and cut with diaper-pattern, on knopped stems and spreading feet also cut with leaf-shaped panels, the ruby-ground gilt allover with stylised scrolling foliage -- 13in. (33cm.) high, 19th century (slight chips and wear)
