Tasting note: Initially hard and unforthcoming, good but 'rather masculine'. Two months later, settled down but nose still low-keyed. Sweet, good flavour, hard finish. Needed time. More recently, its nose, minty, grassy, agreeably evolved; medium-sweet; lean. elegant. with good acidity. Last tasted at the château, sept 1998 **(***) 2005-2020? We shall see. M.B.
