Further accompanied by a Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated December 20, 1997, Patek Philippe Attestation dated December 20, 1997, Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronomètres silver commemorative medal for the inauguration of the company's new manufactory, leather portfolio, product literature, Patek Philippe presentation box and outer packaging.

To the best of our knowledge this watch has never before been offered in public.

The Pagoda model was made in 1997 to commemorate the inauguration of Patek Philippe's new manufacturing center.

The reference 5500 was produced in a limited edition of 1100 examples in 18K yellow gold, 500 in 18K pink gold, 250 in 18K white gold and 150 in platinum.
