LATE 18TH CENTURY AND LATER, THE PAINTED CORNICES PROBABLY REGENCY AND ASSOCIATED
Each section of cornice painted with foliate swags and centred with an octagonal panel depicting classical scenes, supported by reeded posts carved with wheat-ears and leaves, on castors, the turned backposts later replacements and originally plain, with boxspring and mattress, hung with floral chintz hangings
