Part-fluted with crimped borders, the domed cover forming the bell pierced with scrollwork and fluting, the bell handle formed as a putto playing a trumpet, the inkwell with detachable glass liner and pen rest to front, on turned ebonised wood base; together with a double-lidded silver-mounted cut-glass partner's inkwell by George Betjemann & Sons, London, 1894
