A bay hunter (illustrated); and A 'favourite' mare
the first indistinctly inscribed 'A favourite mare by Old Diver [?] out of *** Gold Mare in S*** sister to Lady Jane, carried Sir Thos: 9 year till 1830 She was well in 1839 - being 24 yrs old. I shot her in 1840. She left an only daughter by Lambtonian. Nothing worse.' (on two old labels, attached to the reverse of the bay mare)
