The foliate-cast corona surmounted by palmettes above wreath-cast chains suspending a ring surmounted by flower-filled urns and floral wreaths, issuing twelve branches with drip-pans and nozzles, above foliate panels headed by putti and rams masks, terminating in a pinecone finial, drilled for electricity
