A PAIR OF ITALIAN SILVERED BRONZE FIVE-LIGHT GIRANDOLES
LATE 19TH/EARLY 20TH CENTURY
Each with a cartouche-shaped plate within a rockwork surround with shells and flowerheads and a pierced apron decorated with a Chinoiserie scene, surmounted by a grotesque issuing a scrolled foliate cage with five branches with flowerhead nozzles and foliate drip pans, drilled for electricity
