Inlaid overall with foliate scrolls and strapwork in première partie, the arched case surmounted by rocaille foliate scrolls above a relief-cast dial applied with individual white enamel Roman and Arabic chapters, the glazed door cast with a seated male figure to the apron, on scrolled feet, above a bracket centred by a male mask with shaped supports, the twin barrel movement with Brocot escapement countwheel strike to bell signed 'Admyrauld A Paris /913'; with pendulum, winding key, partially remounted
