The rotating cartouche-shaped top inlaid with Berainesque figures, scrolls and strapwork, within a mounted egg-and-dart surround, above a shaped frieze centred to each side by a mask, on a baluster support with acanthus cast cup, issuing four out-scrolled legs surmounted by female busts, terminating in foliate-acanthus sabots, on ceramic castors
