Each rectangular panel decorated in gold, silver and colored lacquers in hiramaki-e and takamaki-e with a bamboo fence, summer and autumn flowers and fans on a black ground

Lot Essay

Harima, from Ishikawa Prefecture, participated in various government-sponsored Nitten exhibitions in the Showa period. There is an exhibition label with the name of the artist on the back of the screen.
