A MINIATURE PINK-OVERLAY BLACK GLASS SNUFF BOTTLE

The flattened, rounded bottle is carved on either side through the semi-translucent rose-pink overlay to the opaque black ground with a peony spray.
1 7/16 in. (3.7 cm.) high, rose quartz stopper

This miniature bottle belongs to a series of small bottles produced in the mid-Qing dynasty.
