A CARVED CAMEO AGATE SNUFF BOTTLE
1780-1880
Of rounded, rectangular form, the bottle is finely carved on one side utilizing the dark brown markings with a fenghuang (phoenix) perched on a flowering branch beside a stream of vapor supporting the sun. The reverse is carved with a tall rocky formation.
2 1/8 in. (5.4 cm.) high, jadeite stopper
