A SMALL WHITE JADE MOUNTAIN
18TH/19TH CENTURY
The horizontal mountain is carved in relief on one side with a bearded figure holding a staff standing on a ledge beneath a pine tree, and on the reverse with a deer on a rocky path. The semi-translucent stone has some areas of pale russet color and is softly polished.
3 7/8 in. (9.9 cm.) long
