A WHITE JADE DOUBLE-HEADED DRAGON PLAQUE
18TH/19TH CENTURY
Of huang shape, the plaque is carved at each end with a large dragon head and in the center with scales to represent their joint body. The semi-translucent stone is of white color with a few tiny russet markings.
2¾ in. (7 cm.) long
Provenance
Lizzadro Collection, Chicago, Illinois, acquired prior to 1960.
