One with shou characters surrounded by foliate scrollwork, the lid with a central shou character surrounded by foliate scrollwork within a lotiform border; the other with an ornate lotus pattern surmounted by bands with wave and swastika patterns, the lid with a central roundel with spiral pattern within a lotiform border, richly damascened overall
