The upper part with an undulating moulded arched cornice and mirrored frieze decorated with a scallop-shell and foliage, fitted with adjustable pigeon-holes and fourteen drawers about a central enclosed compartment and two sliding compartments, and enclosed by a pair of bevelled mirror panelled doors, with candleslides below, the bombe lower part with a sloping fall enclosing a baize-lined writing surface and an undulating fitted interior and well with slide, containing two loper drawers with two dummy drawers and two long drawers below, on ogee bracket feet
