FIRST AND ONLY EDITION of this rarely encountered work in praise of women. The author was gentleman-in-waiting to Charles V, and dedicated his work to the Emperor's daughter. Only one sale recorded on AE in 1952. Maggs cat. 495, no. 347a; Salvá II, 1797: 'mui raro'; Palau V, 82723.
