(Frontispiece laid down and with lower border in pen-and-ink facsimile, title restored at outer margin, and with one letter and border partly in facsimile, B5 and Hh7 with marginal repairs and part facsimile borders, quires Q, EE and a few other leaves browned, without final blank.) Earlier 20th-century calf gilt by Borras, gilt edges. Provenance: purchased from Sala, 1947.
