A TURQUOISE-INLAID AND SILVER-DECORATED GILT-BRONZE OPENWORK GARMENT HOOK
WARRING STATES PERIOD, 4TH-3RD CENTURY BC
Cast in openwork at one end with the head of a dragon or canine, its long ears grasped in the forefeet of a creature with short beak and long ears that stretch back to the turquoise-inlaid, feather-patterned wings of an owl in the center, its foreclaws grasping the ears of another animal mask. The other end terminates in a small animal head hook. A circular button is on the underside.
