A DARK GREEN JADE ARCHAISTIC VASE, GU
18TH/19TH CENTURY
The trumpet-shaped neck and the pedestal foot are carved in relief with leaf-shaped 'blades' filled with foliate motifs, and the rounded mid-section is carved with the bajixiang, Eight Buddhist Emblems, between ruyi borders. The dark green stone is opaque.
