A CARVED WHITE JADE 'PEBBLE' SNUFF BOTTLE

Of irregular shape, the sides are carved in relief with a continuous scene depicting a lotus pond with an egret amidst the tall stems of blossoms and large lotus leaves. The stone is of even white color with some russet inclusions on one side.
