AN UNUSUAL COPPER-RED AND UNDERGLAZE BLUE-DECORATED CELADON-GLAZED 'DRAGON' BOTTLE VASE
QIANLONG FOUR-CHARACTER SEAL MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-1795)
The compressed globular body is surmounted by a slender neck, and is applied on the shoulder and lower neck with a copper-red-splashed chilong pursuing a flaming pearl, represented by a small copper-red dot on the body, amidst underglaze blue clouds that appear dark grey under the pale sea-green glaze.
