Many of Lill Tschudi's linocuts (lots 47-57) are printed on tissue-thin wove paper and annotated in pencil Handdruck, meaning printed by hand. This allowed for experimentation with both inking and the medium, evidence of the strong technical influence of Claude Flight who advocated the importance of hand printing over the printing press.
There is evidence that many works have been pinned or hinged to the soft linoleum in order to assist the process, as a result these works have justification pinholes and paper cuts.
